1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

3.2 One Account Per Player

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jilli77 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilli77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed within 24 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

jilli77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Currency

All player accounts on jilli77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. Gameplay Rules

6.2 Random Number Generation

6.3 Malfunction Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilli77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if jilli77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jilli77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jilli77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and for ensuring that your use of the Platform is within your financial means.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jilli77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by jilli77

jilli77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A player has provided false or misleading information;
• A player is found to be under the age of 21;
• A player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• jilli77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order;
• jilli77 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, jilli77 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposits and winnings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilli77 Platform, you agree to first contact jilli77's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilli77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with jilli77's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jilli77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jilli77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information on file. For minor or clarificatory changes, the updated terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
